QR CODE INFORMATION POLICY


(Applies to every uBelong2us garment that carries a code)

1 — WHAT THE CODE IS

  • Primary Function → Design Accent
    The QR mark is a curated graphic layer—part of the artwork itself.

  • Secondary Function → Music Gateway
    Scanning unlocks a digital track or playlist. The same link is delivered in your order-confirmation e-mail, so the music is always accessible, even if a scan fails.

2 — TECHNICAL REALITY

  • Tested on multiple fabrics, washes, and phone models; ±90 % first-scan success.

  • Scan performance can shift with garment colour, thickness, texture, lighting, camera quality.

  • DTG ink sits directly on heavy cotton; microscopic pigment spread may soften the smallest QR modules—still readable under normal light, but not laboratory-perfect.

3 — NO-RETURN CLAUSE FOR QR FUNCTIONALITY

• 30-DAY RETURNS COVER manufacturing defects
  (wrong size tag, sewing error, mis-placement of print).

• QR legibility variations ARE NOT a defect.
  Design value remains; digital link already in your inbox.

4 — ECO DISCLAIMER

Instant digital delivery = zero extra plastic, zero paper in the box. That is why we do not re-ship physical download cards or replacement tees for phone-specific scan issues.

5 — HOW TO GET THE BEST SCAN

  1. Bright, even light.

  2. Hold camera 6–12 in / 15–30 cm from the code. For us Google Lens worked out the Best.

  3. If the phone struggles, open the e-mail link—identical content.

6 — WHY LIMITED & HAND-MADE

Every drop is drawn, stitched, and printed in small batches by our own team—no mass templates, no outsourced art direction. When 101 pieces are gone, the file goes into the vault. The QR is the time-stamp of that moment.
